Question:  How do I place an order?
Answer:  The fastest, safest and most efficient way to place your order is by using our secure on-line shopping cart.  Click on the item or items you wish to purchase and it goes into a shopping cart (like at your grocery store).  You then have the option to continue shopping or checkout.

Question:  What types of payment can I use to pay for my order?
Answer:  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover cards.

Question:  How safe is it for me to use my credit card on-line?
Answer:  You are perfectly safe.  We use Secure Locket Layer security and digital certificates by Verisign to encrypt your credit card number and personal information. A digital certification known as Digital ID’s, are the electronic equivalent to a passport.  It is a credential, issued by trusted authority that individuals or companies can present electronically to prove their ID and their right to access information. Question:  Can I be billed or use a purchase order number? 
Answer:  No.  We are not set up to handle invoicing or credit accounts, therefore, all orders must be prepaid with a credit card.

Question:  Will I be charges sales tax on my order?
Answer:  If you are a Florida resident you will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Out-of-state shipments are not charged sales tax.

Question:  Do you offer quantity discounts?
Answer:  We do offer quantity discounts on large orders.  This will be determined on a per order basis, and will depend on the quantities you are looking for.  Please E-mail us or call us at (800) 749-9926 to discuss this matter further.

Question:  How do I know that you received my order?
Answer:  You will receive an E-mail confirming that we have received your order the same business day in which you placed your order.

Question:  How do you ship my order?
Answer:  We use UPS for most shipments in the United States.  On occasion we use the United States Postal Service based on the destination and the item ordered.  We desire to give you the safest and quickest delivery possible for your order.

Question:  How long does it take to receive my order?
Answer:  We download all orders each morning at 6:00EST.  Each order is processed from our offices in Boca Raton, Florida.  Items are shipped from either our main office or from a number of facilities that are located around the United States.  If your item is in stock (most are) we ship within 24-48 hours from the time it is was processed.  Most items are shipped UPS Ground and should arrive within 1-6 business days depending upon the delivery location.  International orders are usually sent Parcel Post Air with the United States Postal Service and should arrive between 7-10 business days from the time of your order based on the delivery location.  If an item is temporarily out of stock, or a custom item, we will notify you immediately of the approximate delivery time.  We do not issue back orders so we will notify you that an item is “out of stock” via phone or E-mail and your order for that item or items will automatically be cancelled.
